The author reply to the comments of three reviewers and one short comment appears reasonable, I thus invite the authors to submit a revised version of their manuscript, which should be accompanied by a point-by-point reply to each reviewer/short comment.

Regarding the comment by reviewer 2 on checking for different deadbands, I think the addition of corresponding material to a supplementary section might be a good way of making the work by the authors available for future use by interested readers.
